Okay, I just LOVE enormously long words that mean something simple or silly, can you tell?

This one means 'one who nibbles on women's earlobes'.

    Love words and this is a great one....tried to fiqure it out, I'm a nurse so got the "gyno" part as something to do with women and the "phile" as some type of fettish..but, that was the best I could do!!
